  1. We are very keen to do the Wavedancer-ukulele tour on the 5th of July as wee are coming for the festival. I don’t seem to be able to find the form to fill in for this and would like to get this done so as not to miss out on the day. We are 2 people and from NZ so as yet don’t know if we require transport pick up. Probably we will hire a car so won’t. How many people are allowed on the island at one time and how many people does the boat take on board?

    • Hi Sharron,

Great to hear from you again!

The capacity of Wavedancer is 150 pax. Once it has reached capacity, we cannot accept any further bookings, so we advise you to book early. The link to the online booking form is here:
      https://secure.quicksilvergroup.com.au/wavedancer/.

I am sure you could contact the Quicksilver group closer to the date to update pickup details if required. The boat leaves from Port Douglas, so it may be more convenient to use the coach service.

  2. Hi folks…..I have been to these lovely tropical isles several years ago. The marine life is impressive and the waters are usually warm and clear.
Port Douglas is worth staying at so you can be a beach bunny, surfer, shopaholic or a cyclist or even take a crocodile tour up the Daintree River.
I will be arriving prior to the festival and doing all of the above.
There is accommodation from budget to bloody ridiculous.
Two websites I have used without problems are

    My brother prefers http://www.lastminute.com
    See you in Port Douglas.
Happy New Year to everyone from Adrienne

    • Thanks for the feedback Adrienne; Port Douglas is indeed a great destination. Not to mention the outstanding restaurants they have as well!

  3. Hi- at what age do I have to pay adult price? My kids are 8,12,15&17. Would they all get on the ukulele cruise for kids’ prices?

    Tric’

    • Normally on Wavedancer, children’s prices apply to children 4-14 years. Please check with the reservations desk (details above) to see if any other discounts apply in your case, prior to making a booking.
